Length: 3 Parts

We all want to have friendships that are both fun and meaningful. But sometimes it’s complicated. We bring our own wiring, life experiences, and expectations into our relationships. And if we’re not careful, those things can put barriers between us, rather than bring us closer together.

So, what can we do to be the best version of ourselves and find the kind of community and friendship we’re looking for? This three-part study is a conversation between friends about expectations, empathy, communication, conflict, and boundaries. As you watch and listen, you'll be reminded that there isn't just one "right way" to do friendship. Instead, your friendships will grow deeper and stronger as you continue to move toward the best version of yourself.

Part 1: Expectations and Empathy

We all bring our own wiring, life experiences, and expectations into our friendships. And if we’re not careful, those things can put barriers between us rather than bring us closer together. We'll talk about finding your people and how to extend grace and empathy to others.

Part 2: Communication and Conflict

While conflict in any relationship is inevitable, working through it in a healthy way takes effort and intention. We'll talk about a variety of helpful ways to communicate better and resolve conflict.

Part 3: Boundaries

For some people, establishing boundaries seems to come naturally. For others, it seems like it might cause an ulcer. We'll talk about some practical ways to develop healthy boundaries.
